Usually have a great experience, but recently bought a vape cart, opened it up and it didn’t work so I brought it back to the store a couple minutes before they close and they were already turning people away, but there were people still in their purchasing and considering I had already made a purchase and I’m a loyal customer. I felt that they could’ve easily let me in considering again. There were customers in there they could’ve let me in and just swapped out my vape cart because again I bought it from farm Kent in Elkton opened it up and just because they decide to close before 9:30 one night and then at 9:30 another shouldn’t mean that I have to waste my gas because my product wasn’t right. They lost a customer if I didn’t watch people come out still in the parking lot. It wouldn’t be such a big deal cause if I’m late, I’m late but that’s not the case.

First Visit

I had never been to a dispensary before but had an idea of what I wanted. I was looking for something that had more cbd than thc. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable about which products would work the best for my condition and explained everything to me in detail. I love that he listened and didn't try to sell me anything besides what I was looking for. I highly recommend going here.

Love this place

I started coming here in the summer and have always felt comfortable. No one pushes any products on you. They take the time to explain things to you and have no problems admitting if they do not have the answers you were looking for. In fact, the next time you come in, they probably have an update for you in regards to your question. In the few short months that I have been coming here, the store has expanded greatly and product has doubled and quantity and types of products. I think I’ll service industries could take a few pointers on how to treat customers from PharmKent.

Friendly, knowledgable staff, paced the way you need it either in and out or patient and communicative. Ever changing varieties.. Amazing comforting enviroment...never felt like a number or rushed. Correction of someone's recent post, and no, I don't work there. They may not seem to have the volume, but their prices for cartridges are $10 LESS! Flower prices are the same if not LESS. So how??? Love NCW too but PharmKent knows their stuff too, have been with them from Day 1, they have never let me down. I have severe back issues and then had a stroke on Feb 2nd...they helped put me back together. Please consider the present and count blessings! I've waited my entire life for this, bumps make the ride better! Get to know them too!

Pharmkent is my favorite dispensary out of the many I’ve been to. The staff is so friendly and, they go above in beyond to help you find anything. They help you understand what you don’t understand. I’ve learned so many things just from going there. Very knowledgeable and kind. I went in on Christmas Day (yes they were open) and I'm so grateful that I did. Will is always so friendly and goes above and beyond for the customers! I stopped in today just wanted a gram of something new to help me I have serious hip problems. I chose SunMed Alpha OG. I was amazed the taste hits the palate with a taste I've never experienced before. The high is dreamy relaxing I'm thrilled with it thanks to the staff 🍪 Have a cookie on me.

I would highly recommend trying the Jesus OG strain. It's one of my new favorites. This strain should prove once and for all that you can't judge bud by the THC level alone. Give it a try and you will understand.

Stopped in to get my meds yesterday. Staff was Amazing as usual. Shout out to Lydia. Y’all she was so awesome as she usually always is but she was so sweet to make sure I got everything that I needed right there at the same time and at an outstanding price. That way I didn’t have to go to 3 different places just to save a few bucks. Also, I tried RSO (Grassroots Chem)for the 1st time and I have to say I’m completely sold. I loved it. Brenda’s Gift

I highly recommend Brenda’s Gift CBD Strain. I have an extremely high tolerance So I usually go for a high THC level so I usually wouldn’t of even looked at the Brenda’s Gift strain But let me tell you I have had strains pushing 30% thc that weren’t as good as this 6.56%. This has to be hands down the best pre roll that I’ve purchased. Give it a try I Promise you won’t regret it. ✌️

Simply the best

I’ve been avidly going to Pharmkent for my meds since they opened; and have never been disappointed. The staff here are all thoroughly vetted and genuinely interested in helping, not just waiting for you to yank out your wallet like their competition. From the start I came to the conclusion that Pharmkent was opened to help medical patients and this is what they do. I’ve never had an unanswered question, nor have I ever had any real issues. I’ve never been talked down too or treated rudely. There’s not even a single budtender I dislike working with, (and if you knew me you’d know I don’t always play well with others), yet the fact remains; Pharmkent stocks the hands down best quality medical product I’ve found in the state. They have the best, and they will not commit highway robbery to get it from you like other dispensaries. Consistently I have seen higher percentages and better sales and discounts here than anywhere else. In closing, Pharmkent will always be my first choice
